1-on-1 Coaching

1-on-1 coaching has the power to help you gain a clear perspective on your life, both personal and professional, by helping you discover what really makes you “tick”. From this place of knowing who you are, what you value, what you stand for, and what drives you, you can make more conscious choices that align with your goals and develop new habits that will truly serve you.

1-on-1 coaching is a great way to:

    • Uncover what really matters to you
    • Discover your Strengths and your Leadership Style
    • Make a career or life change
    • Set and achieve your goals
    • Stay accountable
    • Reduce stress and ‘overwhelm’ in your life
    • Increase your self-confidence
    • Develop your Conversational Intelligence®
    • Navigate the politics of life and work
    • Develop new habits that will truly serve you

    My Approach:

I believe that my clients are resourceful and have what it takes to generate their own solutions. I am just the facilitator and I ask insightful questions that enable you to discover the answers yourself.

The process is entirely devoted to you – listening to your issues, getting to know what really matters to you, enabling you to uncover your goals, and then co-creating new habits and behaviors so that you can attain those goals. I will help you stay focused on the road ahead and ensure you stay accountable to your plan. Whatever you learn during our time together is yours
    – forever.

Since my process is participatory, you will very likely see quick, positive results, as people tend to learn and adopt new habits more easily when they are actively engaged in the learning process.

1-on-1 coaching can take place over a short time, over an extended period of time and once in the coaching relationship you can visit your coach whenever you need a “tune-up”.

Having a life coach is like having a partner completely dedicated to helping you improve your life.

As I contemplated making a career move I was feeling very insecure. What should I be pursuing? Do I have what it takes to be a leader? With Carol I learned to talk about & leverage my strengths, leadership choices & communication style. I reconnected with my confidence & my leader within.
