Hi, I’m Carol, a Leadership and team Coach specializing in helping women to step into their power, both personally and professionally.

 It starts with uncovering old fears, attitudes and beliefs that are holding you back, and challenging them so that you can get out of your own way and access your leader within. 

Throughout my 25-year career, I’ve been fascinated with women in leadership. I’ve been working with women, helping them to become the leaders they aspire to be, even in the face of the traditional bias held against women and girls that persists today.
